There are a couple of issues here:

  1. There is no space between the latest tag and the active user icon
  2. The size of the active user indicator/avatar makes it look maligned. We should change the size to 16x16, the same as the size of the home icon in the breadcrumb. We should also vertically align the active user indicator with the other component in the div.
