Bug description
Currently it is not possible to include shared mooring lines in the VTK output for FAST.Farm simulations.

Solution
Add an option in the Vizualization section to output the mooring lines to VTK when Mod_SharedMooring is true, or automatically output them if Mod_SharedMooring is true.

OpenFAST Version
VTK outputs of Moordyn mooring lines was added in release 3.5.1 (PR #1768), but it was never added at the FAST.Farm level.

When this is implemented, it would be worth backporting to 3.5.x
