new characteristic: BT_UUID_128_ENCODE(0x81040e7b, 0x4819, 0x11ee, 0xbe56, 0x0242ac120002)
Size: 1 Byte
needs to be set to 1 when writing custom colors to the LED.
setting it back to 0 will switch the LED back to state indication mode
