Use case

Tasks in OpenCTI can be defined with a due date. Today, this date is for information purposes only, and does not trigger anything in the platform.
As tasks are one of the most effective ways of monitoring the progress of a case, it would be useful to be able to trigger actions if a task is not completed by this date.

Current Workaround

Proposed Solution

Brainstorm ideas:

  • Automatic send a notification to the person assigned to the task when the task has passed it due date
  • Automatically change the status If a task is not completed by this date
  • Add a filter to list tasks not completed by date
  • Be able to trigger a playbook If a task is not completed by this date
