Since #724 we can create and configure local SQL providers through the UI. However, it would be nice to add support for external providers as well:

skosprovider_getty (for GCI vocabs)
skosprovider_heritagedata (for Historic England and other UK providers)
skosprovider_atramhasis (for any other Atramhasis instance)

Skosprovider_rdf could work as well, although I wonder how useful that is and if you're not better off importing that RDF file into a local provider.
