Version number is now defined in OneSignalCommonDefines We are no longer updating the OneSignalDynamic podspec
Note that we are no longer using fat frameworks. we now distribute 4 xcframeworks via swiftpm and both podspecs

One Line Summary
This is a minor release the includes modularization
Details
This release is using the new process and modularized SDK. OneSignalXCFramework and OneSignal pods are identical. Both distribute XCFrameworks with dependent subspecs.
For SwiftPM we now release dependent XCFramework binaries in both this repository and OneSignal-XCFramework.
