Problem Description:

It seem to me like the exact same problems in #2119, but that should be fixed, so I don't know why I'm still encountering them.

If I enter my credentials for Plex, the UI pops up an error that says ERROR: Could not get the Plex Admin Information. Relevant log entries are

I have also reproduced this issue in a manual installation of v3.0.3421 (as it is not yet in the repo).

Reproduction Steps:

1. Clean install on a new system, using Ubuntu install instructions on the wiki.
2. Attempt to complete the wizard for Plex servers
3. Encounter issue

Does it work if you just press "Skip" when you are selecting Emby or Plex?

I think i'm just going to completely rewrite that area of the system. Give me a few days and i'll get it done

My personal solution was to install an older version to get past the wizard, and then update. I don't recall the specific version I used, sorry.

For anyone looking I was able to remove Ombi, blow away /opt/Ombi and then install 3.0.2970 and then upgrade.

apt install ombi=3.0.2970

Same problem with 3.0.3475 on Ubuntu 16.04

Can't authenticate with plex to grab my plex token, and if I skip it to manually enter a local admin user/pass, it gives a generic error there as well. So, that version is not currently usable.

Same to me here with the latest stable build. Where may I should find the logs ? I'm currently running on Debian 9.
