Pandoc supports many Markdown variants, with many different extensions enabled or disabled by default: markdown, commonmark, gfm, and others. It would be great if it was possible which one to use when exporting to Markdown. (Personally, I'd prefer gfm or commonmark over markdown, to avoid Pandoc-speoific extensions when I want to share some documents with other people...).
One solution that would work for me would be to add a dropdown in the plugin settings. Or even better, a text field for a "custom format" where I could use markdown+some_extension-another_extension.
Would that be doable?
Thanks a lot! 😊
