Unreal 227k: Movement in water is broken if the ZoneVelocity is not zero.

UnrealGold and Unreal227i and UT436 and UT469: Player cannot swim across the pool
Unreal 227kb12: Player can swim across the pool, but as soon as he touches the wall, he is carried back by the river current

It does not depend on the Levelinfo.bUTZoneVelocity. Works the same for both values ​​of the variable.

What irritates me most is the change in speed when approaching a wall. It creates an unnatural effect.
