I noticed as you change the bottom navigation, the app is calling build on all the sub-pages 🤔

As a side effect for.eg all the OBPostsStream widgets build methods are being called as you change the main tabs on the bottom navigation bar. ( Home | Search | etc )

Not sure if flutter is rebuilding them or is smart enough to know no state has changed.. even if the build methods are called or is this a big problem.
