This PR is part of a series that adds support to the CLI for interacting with runbooks stored in Git for version controlled projects
Changes
This PR adds support for listing runbooks that are stored in Git, a new
--git-ref
option is added to therunbook list
command which is required when the project stores runbooks in Git. The command will show a list of branches and tags if the option isn't provided.
