At present, 3.2.1 stands alone in V3.2: Session Binding. Conceptually, "Session Binding" could apply to a number of existing requirements and is seemingly not consistently defined/used across online resources. NIST does not define the concept, but does have a Session Bindings section in revision 4 of 800-63B. Their use could apply to requirements 3.1.3, 3.1.4, and probably others.

Therefore, I recommend moving 3.2.1 to 3.1.5 and abandoning (ultimately) V3.2 as it is now.
