Disabling Debug creates CSS/JS issues #960

When I set DEBUG=False in local.py, CSS/JS gets borked and the files my browser is looking for aren't there. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

@akeym: Could you elaborate a little? What are the missing files named?

Set DEBUG=False and you should see what its asking for on your dev environment. It was looking for cyder_prod*** files if I remember correctly. If it doesn't show up in your local environment, feel free to set it on cyder-dev.nws and restart apache to see what happens.

Alright, I'm seeing it now. I think I tested the wrong thing before.
