Expected behaviour

Opening a URL pointing to a deleted section design page or a deleted question design page, should automatically open the questionnaire on the first section.

Actual behaviour

Application crashes and displays white page.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Create a new questionnaire and add a new question page.
  2. Copy the url of the new question page, for example https://preprod-author.eq.ons.digital/#/q/8eb74a88-413f-49bb-afba-2ddbfabe02d2/page/a5892f94-41f0-4f71-adf0-93ac23841368/design
  3. Delete the new question page.
  4. Open the URL to see that the page is blank and errors appear in the console.
