Allows the parent component to pass down a colorLUT (with individual segment opacities), a global segmentation opacity, and a visiblity flag for the segmentation.

Gives View2D props to pass down a colorLUT (including individual segment opacities), a global segmentation opacity, and a visibility flag for the segmentation.
Also fixxed some of the viewport overlays so they function properly.
EDIT: Oh and hide segmentation when MIP is on, as it currently makes no sense when rendered due to poor multi-volume support in vtkjs. (see vtkjs #473).
