Need a Units column for mapping labs #154

A column is needed for the LOINC lab test units to be displayed when mapping client labs to LOINC codes. It is virtually impossible to match a given lab test to a target LOINC code without validating that the units also match.

I used the additional information field for that purpose @ratardif
