Per Leadership discussion on 12/17, completing this task will make development and vocabulary tasks much simpler as not having Oncology with the CDM model requires additional code and queries that the larger CDM effort already has mechanism for.

@rimusia @cgreich With this issue, the plan is to add the discussion to support numeric vocabulary concepts to the CDM/Vocabulary Development WG. Do either of you have any further questions with this proposal before it is presented to the CDM/Vocabulary Development WG? We want to make sure if there is any discussion to be had we do it before we show up to the WG meeting with the proposal.

We would like to reduce the manual setup for a groups using the NAACCR ETL. Right now we have to manually distribute the CONCEPT_NUMERIC DDL and vocabulary files to populate it. The development subgroup has put in the effort to create unit tests covering the usage of this table/vocabulary. I would like to get a determination on CONCEPT_NUMERIC. Is it in or out?

I understand that. But right now folks are reorging the V6. That's unfortunately slow. So, right now out, in the near future in of course.
