Instead of just having the overall time maybe give the average time per page.

Also: how to consider hardware settings? what happens when different processes on the same machine are started?

For quick-win I can implement that value. But we have that document-wide vs. per-page issue in several places. Maybe we should think about how to display that.

You mean when we start multiple workflows in parallel? Or processors in parallel?
Generally speaking I would say that all workflows should be executed under the same conditions to be comparable. So hardware settings should listed in the front-end somewhere but will apply to all items in the list.
