Archive Lessons Learned from GHA w/ Copernicus Data Store

about 4 months ago i started setting up trigger monitoring using NRT data from the free Copernicus Data Store API. Now that we are getting higher resolution NRT data directly to AWS bucket, this is not needed. However, there were some useful lessons learned in regarding how to access CD api from server using the {ecmwfr} package that I'd like to archive somewhere.

Therefore, going to leave this branch until I think of a good way to preserver some of these lessons. Likely confluence could be a good solution at this point
