[16.0][hr_timesheet_sheet] Error when creating Timesheet Sheet due to 'Timesheet multi-company' rule

Describe the bug:
The error occurs when trying to create a timesheet sheet for an employee in a multi-company environment. The system triggers the 'Timesheet multi-company' rule with XML ID hr_timesheet_sheet.timesheet_comp_rule.

Affected versions: 16

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Choose an employee from the selected company.
• Select a project from the same company.
• Choose a task from the same company.
• Add a description and duration.
• Try to create the timesheet sheet.

Expected behavior:
The timesheet sheet should be created successfully and linked to the corresponding timesheet.

Additional context:
When disabling the security rule, the timesheet sheet is created in database with my current company_id but the timesheet is not linked to the sheet and it is not listed in timesheets tree. I have access to the database if additional information is needed to help resolve the issue.
