[15.0] brand_id invisible on sale_order if user have "Show full accounting features"

Brand selector hidden if user full accounting features

Describe the bug

When user is in "full accounting features" group, brand_id is hidden.
This happens when BRAND_USE_LEVEL_NO_USE_LEVEL is set because no default company is set as full accounting features adds the value after account selector

To Reproduce

Install brand and sale_brand, create a brand, put brand external layout as "optional" in settings, put your user in "full accounting features" group and create a new invoice
