I think this would involve editing the schema file, unless it's autogenerated from somewhere else. https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/blob/master/util/schema/registry_schema.json. It appears this file has only been edited by hand

Do you see a merged_into field for the ontology that has been merged in, or a incorporates field for the ontology doing the merging? I would say both are kind of valuable, but redundant. Maybe merged_into suffices. Or even better, replaced_by - this would leave it open whether the term ID s migrated over, or whether another ontology should be used in its stead that uses its own ID space. Its also sort of analogous to the replaced_by relation in ontologies!
