  • package icon has massive width on edge until it loads
  • if a section of the page filters to empty, either hide the section or show a message inside it saying it has no packages
  • excess row of padding below the manage packages data

Account/Org filter should be wider (double the current)

Regarding the first bullet point (massive icon on Edge)--this appears to be some sort of bug with Edge. The max width is set and should work as expected.
