NuGet Product(s) Involved

Visual Studio Package Management UI

The Elevator Pitch

To bring more awareness to vulnerabilities, we should add clear badges in each package list item that brings attention to them. Right now we provide an affordance that requires a developer to hover over a ⚠️ or click on the package to view the actual details.

We should enhance this experience by putting a badge that a package has a specific status.

The orange/yellow icon can be used for deprecated packages and the red icon can be used for vulnerable packages. Similar to what NuGet.org did.
