Category ids on product

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On the Nosto website, on the merchandise Rule page, you can add a filter to filter on category ids, this is not possible as this is apparently not supported right now as there is not enough data for it I believe, and only is supported by Shopify while it should be possible also with Magento as all info is available.
