CLI Roadmap for major 3

• Implement a new "Search" mode with a WebSocket server #270

• Implement a new searchbar like GitHub. Similar to ninja-keys: https://github.com/ssleptsov/ninja-keys (but this lib will not be enough for us so we probably have to implement our own).
• Rework the code fetcher for warnings: Rework unpkg code fetcher with a proper popup #298
• Improve the overall experience with the network
  • Implement a new focus/unfocus mechanism: Implement a network colors and focus lock  #299
  • Improve keyboard navigation with nodes positions #255
  • Add text on network edge when focusing a package #284

Some features and enhancement will require updates on the Scanner (and maybe a first version of Authors?). We will implement some of them in future minor releases.
