Casanovo v4.2.0 released

We've released Casanovo v4.2.0.

Some of the key changes include a bug fix during beam search when multiple beams would have predictions with identical scores. Additionally, the max_iters config option has been renamed to cosine_schedule_period_iters, so please update your config files accordingly (in the mean time a deprecation warning will be shown).

Upgrade now using pip install --upgrade casanovo to get the latest version.

This version now also includes improved non-tryptic model weights (file casanovo_nontryptic.ckpt in the Assets). For more details, see the corresponding preprint.
