i managed to ipban myself via skript

how can i undo it with skript? i can't figure out any way to do it and i can't get any help because the bukkit dev forums shutdown

Use the normal Bukkit/Minecraft commands from the server console to remove your IP from the ban list, or edit the IP bans file and remove it manually (which probably requires a restart of the server to reload the file). PS: To figure out your public IP, search for "what's my IP" on the internet.

So you IP banned yourself with a Skript? Nice...
execute console command "unbanip <your name or your IP address here>"
