cc-multilib-test is failing with clang (didn't found any issues about it but I guess most of you are already aware of it)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. checkout master
  2. nix-build -A tests.cc-multilib-clang

Expected behavior
Test runs fine.

I've been running git bisect for a few hours and this commit seems to be introducing the issue : 4a78b2b

Removal of this file might be the issue, I don't really know what it's about but I can already see 32 bit stuff (and it's the 32 bit part of the test which fails) https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/d87b595e5326684ac74d4fb1192788c518345563/pkgs/development/libraries/glibc/2.27-CVE-2019-19126.patch

I think duplicate of #94023, clangMultiStdenv has been broken for months. See the comments on 704daf7.

I found 4a78b2b to be the first commit to break the test but anyway, I guess I'll mention that in the already opened issue that I couldn't find. My bad.
