1.81a

Issue
Macerator output of Uranium ore can't be smelted in a furnace, wich is intentional by IC2. As it is intended to be processed further via IC2 to nuclear fuel. But for E2E it makes little sense for it to also not be able to be smelted in a furnace. I suggest adding a furnace recipe, to make it fall in line with every other ore.
