If we don't set the --home flag. There is part of the configuration files generated in .simapp, the others in .nibid, this is a bug. By default should be generated always in .nibid.

Also, nibid tendermint unsafe-reset-all does not use the default directory ($HOME/.nibid). It has to be specified
