The Problem

I feel like my UX is degraded every time I start typing an emoji shortcode and hit tab, expecting it to autocomplete/autofill, but just end up moving the selection down the list.

The Solution

Add a togglable setting to select between navigating the emoji list and autofilling an emoji.
