When downloading bootstrap file the core still syncs, draining cpu resources on a useless endeavour (syncing blocks that are also in bootstrap.dat).

I am working on a fix now and will push a PR as soon as its done and tested.

Please test this new AppImage with a fix to the resource drain issue you reported in #56. google drive
