내비게이션 라이브러리 버전을 2.8.x 로 마이그레이션 하는 과정에서 발견.

TicketDetail을 navigation으로 래핑하는 과정에서 기존 TicketDetail의 argument를 제거하고 navigation의 argument로 추가
기존의 TicketDetail의 route에서는 argument 정보를 제거해 주었으나 argument는 남아 있는 상황
route와 arguments 정보 불일치에 대한 유효성 검사가 2.8.x 버전에서 추가된 것으로 추정

관련 PR #261

route에는 arguements가 없으나 arguments를 지정한 상황.
arguments만 제거하면 해결될 거 같긴 한데, 래핑한 navigation이랑 TicketDetail이 사용하는 route를 아예 다르게 가져가면 어떨까 싶어
