Proposal

You CAN'T delete a proof without your private key to sign the post payload (action: "delete").

To hide a lost persona, you need another persona with the exactly same identities set to sign an announcement payload, transferring all the relationship to this brand-new persona. From then, proof-server will return all identities bound to the lost persona for the new persona and hide the lost persona in the response.
