Describe the issue

Hello,
I am working on creating a pipeline to convert Bruker TIFF Imaging data into .nwb format. However, I encountered the following error:
"Request Failed
list index out of range" when I enter the Folder path for TIFF images.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Steps to Reproduce

1.Start the pipeline for Bruker TIFF conversion.
2.Enter the folder path where the TIFF images are stored.
The error occurs upon pressing the next button

Hi @faezehrabbani97 , thanks for the bug report, and sorry for the delay in response. What are contents of your data directory C:\Users\faezeh.rabbani\DATA\TSeries-03182024-fod-screen-914-001?

Would it be possible for you to share the contents of that folder with me, e.g., in Google Drive or Dropbox? I can send you a Google Drive link for you to upload the files into if that helps.

Alternatively, if you can generate the error again, could you please help us see more details about the error? Before clicking the Next button, could you please select the View from the top application menu, select Toggle Developer Tools, and then navigate to the "Console" tab in the Developer Tools? Then click the Next button in NWB GUIDE and copy and paste the contents of the "Console" tab into a comment here.
