Handle the situation when UI is not connected to the API

When launching the remix plugin, it needs time to connect to the API - this can take up to 10 minutes. To improve the user experience, consider:

• Disabling all buttons until the API connection stabilizes
• Adding a loading screen while waiting for the connection

This way, users won't get frustrated clicking non-responsive buttons and they'll know the plugin is working on establishing a connection.

Hey @varex83 , I followed the steps in readme to run this but the plugin is not activating in remix. Also, not able to see the UI on my local dev server
