Our CI/CD tests for macOS have recently started failing, showing the error "Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64". This issue seems to align with recent updates to macOS runners on GitHub Actions.

Additional Details

  • Possible Cause: The issue may be related to updates in GitHub's macOS runners, specifically the version update from 12.6 to 12.7.
  • Versions Tested: Different macOS versions (11.7.1, 12.7) have been tried, but the issue persists.

Temporary Measures

  • The "required status" for macOS tests has been temporarily removed until this issue is resolved.
