[bug] Fanbox download removes Pixiv files with same ID

Description

When picture ID of art from Fanbox and Pixiv is the same, PixivUtil2 removes picture from Pixiv, despite being from different artists and in different namespaces

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start downloading art of supported artists from fanbox
2. Wait
3. See name collision across different namespaces

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]

Two pictures with same picture id but different namespaces remain

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]

One picture with same picture id remains
