Optional setting between Source and OrangeBox for query response

Since Source engine’s multi-packet query response and OrangeBox engine’s multi-packet query response are a bit different, I’ve made the latter default. I don’t know how many people will even use it to get the rules (pretty much only thing that will end up in multi-packet response), but if you want to change it you’ll have to change the default in the SourceServer.cs file and recompile the project.
