It's possible for a misconfigured search interface to leave a bunch of Works that are in fact presentation ready but which don't have presentation_ready set. First, this shouldn't be an issue. Whether or not the search interface is working has nothing to do with whether a work is presentation ready. So this shouldn't happen in the first place.

Second, it turns out if something like this happens there's no good way to fix it. Calling calculate_presentation won't do anything because the metadata hasn't actually changed.
