Make the error log more friendly when Compute Sanitizer fails the build.

This is a follow-up for PR #1321.

The below is a typical error output when all unit tests pass but the Compute Sanitizer catches some errors and fails the build process.
It is not easy to locate the failing tests according to the log. We may investigate it to see if it could be improved.

(This error log is not specific to the Compute Sanitizer case. It can happen whenever the surefire plugin fails to launch a forked process to run the tests.)
