Please add support for OptiX SDK 7.6.0 in PyOptiX binding #8

Unable to build PyOptiX binding as some things have changed the Relocation API. Several compile issues in main.cpp

My environment:
OptiX SDK 7.5.0
CUDA Toolkit 11.8
CMake 3.24.2
Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Visual Studio 2019
