When I use RoCEv2 over long distance link(rtt=30ms), the RoCEv2 packets always retrans about every 10ms.
I have set NCCL_IB_TIMEOUT to 31, and set NCCL_IB_RETRY_CNT to 0 or 1, but none has effect
