Describe the bug

Our project automations will fail on part of the linked issue project field updates.

ROOT CAUSE: the jq is wrong and extracts a field ID instead of an option ID which is required by the graphQL mutation.

How to Reproduce

Update a PR with a linked issue and see the failure above.

Expected behavior

It should correctly update the linked issues.
