Support for extended BSP (QBSP) level format #131

BSP39 is an extended q2bsp format (similar to BSP2 for Quake 1) that allows larger, more detailed map to be compiled with respective compilers (kmqbsp3 at present).

Could you please add support for it into Q2RTX ?

Alright, sounds like it's all said and done using new qbism's q2tools and Q2PRO #133

Now we just need to get it into Q2RTX :)
