Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need a deterministic way to build a Categorify mapping that matches an embedding table.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add some kind of utility or method that allows supplying a mapping from strings to values that's created externally.

Additional context
This would be useful for the GTC recommender
