Amazing work Amit!!!
Just want to know whether the HK-FHIR can be used to read other health data like Activity, Heart rate, body measurements?? or only the Clinical records are read using this approach?

It's only Clinical Records. More on the exact definition of data models are - http://hl7.org/fhir/index.html
