Ct values for 5MW seems odd

Dear all,

I tried to use the values of Ct from NREL_5MW_126_RWT_corrected.csv but I get underestimated results.
I have tried to compare the values in the csv file from that of the definition article from Jason Jonkman 2009 and the differences are quite large.

Do you know which values to trust ? I would rather use the values from Jonkman2009 as they are closer to other results I have seen in the litterature but I would like to understand the gap.
