SteamVR Won't Pick Up The Input From My NoloVR Controllers #11

I've spent countless hours trying to fix this. (A straight 7 to be exact) and I still can't figure out what is causing this issue. When I load up SteamVR it no longer is picking up any input from my controllers, it tracks them, but the triggers, touch pads, and grips will not do anything in SteamVR. I thought this might be an issue with the controllers themselves, but when I went to test it out on the NoloVR Visualizer they showed all of my buttons working, including the sense of my fingers on the touch pads. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SteamVR and clearing out the cache as well as getting a program called PseudoVive to try and get SteamVR to pick up the Nolo controllers input, but to no avail. I really wan't to get back to playing VR again so if anyone could help me figure this out it would be very appreciated. Thank you.

same problem here...
seems to be related to Valve's SteamVR Input system
NOLO Input is done via the Legacy APIs it seems...
